SUNNYVALE, CA – OCTOBER 29, 2024 – Chef Stephanie Izard and Boka Restaurant Group are thrilled to introduce Valley Goat, opening this winter in the new Treehouse Hotel Silicon Valley, the brand’s first US location. This exciting new restaurant will showcase their distinctive blend of imaginative cuisine and warm, welcoming hospitality, offering guests an exceptional dining experience. James Beard Award-winning Chef Izard, celebrated for her Top Chef and Iron Chef titles, is the force behind beloved spots like Girl & the Goat, Little Goat Diner, Duck Duck Goat, and Cabra in Chicago, as well as Girl & the Goat and Cabra in Los Angeles. At Valley Goat, guests will enjoy a shareable menu that celebrates Northern California’s abundant produce, featuring the fresh, locally sourced ingredients and bold, globally-inspired flavors that define Izard’s culinary style. Whether a lively dinner, casual bites, or an evening of cocktails, every visit will offer a chance to craft a unique culinary journey.

The focus on seasonality extends to the cocktail list, which will highlight unique interpretations of popular cocktails, as well as a robust non-alcoholic and low-abv section. The wine program will be in the same spirit as the food menu, offering interesting and off-the-beaten path bottles that are still approachable and delicious. The beverage team is delighted to celebrate the scores of incredible breweries and vintners in Northern California, as well as highlight spirits and wines from all over the world. An extensive by-the-glass list will encourage guests to have fun and experiment with different, and perhaps new to them, selections on the wine list.
